Made Animal Communication Resolutions? DON’T!

New Year Resolutions Don’t Work

If you have followed me for a while you will know that I always support my clients and students in thinking BIG and BELIEVING they can achieve their dreams.  Because they can.
And, if you have been following me for a while you will also know that I do not believe in New Year Resolutions.
There are many reasons why New Year Resolutions don’t work – well not in the long-term and not usually in a sustainable way – and I will be covering the top 3 reasons why most people are usually beating themselves up with the proverbial shitty stick before the end of January in my FREE webinar next Thursday 24th January at 8pm (UK time).
So, if you want 2019 to be your year of Animal Communication – whether it be to take the plunge into learning Animal Communication / wanting to be a better Animal Communicator / take your communication work out into the wider world –  or want to create change in any area of your life (not just Animal Communication), then join me next Thursday where you will discover:-
  1. Why most Resolutions are difficult to achieve – and what you can do to change that so you can better realise your own dreams and aspirations
  2. What simple foundations need to be in place to create – and sustain – the changes you want to make
  3. The Number One reason any kind of change/goal fails
Join me next Thursday for an hour of insight, exploration and techniques that can truly change the course of your life.
You are the Captain of your ship.
You control your course – no one else…..
And 2 lucky registrants will be randomly selected the day before the webinar class to share the main area of their lives they wish to change.  I will use those 2 examples throughout the webinar – providing more personalised and detailed illustrations of how to create sustainable change for 2 lucky participants*.
*Conditions of Selection:  The chosen registrants MUST be able to attend the webinar class live.  If not, another registrant will be chosen in their place.

Hot Off The Press!
There will now be a Masterclass in all the Animal Communication Connection Techniques on Friday 14th December 7-10pm – ahead of the Advanced Training Weekend 15/16th December.
So if you haven’t attended a Level One Workshop you can now attend the Masterclass and then join me at the Advanced Workshop.  You WILL be ready for it!  And there will be a nice easy, gradual flow into the Saturday….

4 Fabby Black Friday Special Offers for you

Hot Off The Press #2
I had intended to write at the end of the year about the forthcoming 2019 price changes to the Animal Communication Home Study Course, but I was guided to share the information early and create a very special Black Friday Offer for you – along with some amazing Animal Communication offers too…  But remember, only 10 places available for each Animal Communicator.  So grab it quick!
In 2019 the Home Study Course in Animal Communication is going through some radical changes.  The content will not change – as that is tried, tested and proven to produce excellent Professional Animal Communicators.  However, the delivery will be changing for Levels One and Two.  I love to work closely with students and really be a part of their journey – walking it and experiencing it with them.  Whilst I have a good handle on where most of the students are at – and interaction during the Live Monthly Coaching Classes keeps me up to speed with progress, achievements and challenges – the current format for Levels One and Two is just not allowing me to work as closely and deeply as I would like with students.  And, after all, it is this closer, more guided support that will ensure that students make it to the end and their modules don’t sit gathering dust on the shelf.  And the thought of that truly breaks my heart.  And the hearts of the animals that won’t be helped because the modules lay unused and the student lacks confidence in their ability…..
So, there are some big changes up ahead for Levels One & Two which will create, amongst other things:-
  • More accountability for students
  • Weekly goal setting
  • Weekly reflection of goals
  • Monthly check-ins with Sarah-Jane
  • Regular case study practice sessions
  • Additional Coaching Sessions with me to blitz fears/anxieties and to discover and build upon your strengths as an Animal Communicator
This change in approach and delivery will mean a much more personalised and 1:1 study experience with me.  This also means a shift in the pricing of these two levels to accommodate all the extra support, 1:1 coaching, guidance and direction from me.  The prices will be changing on 1st January and I am super excited to be offering a much more personalised studying experience. THAT is what will take you from being a good Animal Communicator to being an extraordinary Animal Communicator.  Let’s bring it on!
So, in view of the impending price change, your Black Friday Special on the Home Study Course is:-
Offer One – Home Study Course : Available for Levels One and Two
Purchase your desired Level at it’s current price and receive ABSOLUTELY FREE, the following Coaching Package, worth £300, to give you the best start:-
  • Baseline Audit – to establish your starting point, your end goal and uncover your deep desires for why you want to do this work
  • Goal Setting Exercise
  • 1/2hr Strategy Session with me
  • 1/2hr Coaching Session with me
All of the above completely FREE when you purchase either Level One or Level Two at it’s current price – which is going to change in 6 short weeks…
Grab it now before that low price finishes forever AND get free coaching and guidance from me.  Now that’s what I call a no-brainer!
Offer only available at this price until Friday 30th November at midnight.  Then it’s gone.  Forever.
LIMITED AVAILABILTY – There are only 6 of the above offers available – don’t hang around….first come, first served.
Offer Two – 1hr Animal Communication Consultation and FREE Healing Treatment with Pet Whisperer Associate Jan
Find out the things that are most important to you about, or for, your animal companion.  Jan’s diligent ability to lovingly drill down to the core of the issue will help bring resolution and understanding and clear steps forward.
Offer only available at this price until Friday 30th November at midnight.
Offer Three – 1hr Animal Communication Consultation and FREE Intuitive Communication Drawing with Pet Whisperer Associate Colette
Find out the things that are most important to you about, or for, your animal companion.  Colette’s natural rapport with animals creates clear understanding of the animal’s perspective. This lends itself to creating artistic impressions of the animal’s true essence (please see notes at foot of this section for more information about the Intuitive Artwork)
Offer only available at this price until Friday 30th November at midnight.
Offer Four – 1/2hr Animal Communication Consultation and FREE Black Panther Power Animal Healing with Sarah-Jane
Sarah-Jane will bring the powerful healing of Black Panther into this special half hour communication session. Light and understanding will be shone upon the areas you would like to explore with your animal companion.
Offer only available at this price until Friday 30th November at midnight.
Remember, there are only 6 available appointments with each Animal Communicator, so quickly book your value laden slot for your animal friend before they are all gone.
A few things to note:-
  • All Black Friday Specials are available for purchase for the next 10 days only (until Friday 30th November at midnight)
  • Animal Communication Consultations will be booked in December but can be delayed until January if purchased as a Christmas Present or other type of Gift (please advise the office if this is the case so we can get that set up for you/the recipient in January – thank you)

  • All Communication Consultations are distant appointments.  If you wish to be seen face to face please contact the office for a different pricing structure

4 Complaints In One Afternoon – Feeling SO Sad…I’m Retiring

I cannot begin to tell you how sad I felt as I closed up for the day having had 4 – yes, count ’em FOUR complaints about other “Professional” Animal Communicators in one single afternoon.

Now, you would be forgiven for thinking – as I did – that these people had contacted me on the back of my last newsletter where I laid out my concerns about people who were practicing as “Professional” Animal Communicators.  But when I enquired as to if that was their reason for getting in touch, none of these people had read my newsletter because they had only just been recommended to get in touch with me.  So, that only gives us a small glimpse as to how big this problem really is.  After all, if no-one had recommended that they get in touch, I would never have known about them.  So I really think this is merely the tip of the iceberg.  And it is an iceberg that I will do everything within my power to hack away at until it is no longer a problem!

Sadly, the 4 complaints were all completely different – again showing the breadth of this growing problem:-

  1. The first woman paid for a Communication Consultation – and the “Professional” Animal Communicator took the money and didn’t do the consultation.  Didn’t answer emails and didn’t return phone calls.  What is particularly frustrating is that this “Professional” has set back YEARS OF MY HARD BLOODY WORK!  And the work of other hard working Communicators across the world too.  Why?  Because a vet had recommended that the client seek out an Animal Communicator!  A Vet!  Do you know how many years it has taken me to get just a few vets to take my work seriously?  And finally, we have vets recognising the value that we can bring to understanding/solving animal’s issues – and this happens!  That will set us ALL back years!!!!
  2. The second complaint was from a man who had gone through a Professional Animal Communicator Training Programme only to reach the end, receive his Certificate of Endorsement and yet had absolutely no idea whether he was actually competent in communicating with animals or not.  He received no feedback on his case studies, no assessment of his progress and no pointers for how to improve!  Seriously????  That is NOT teaching (or learning).  I don’t even know what you would call that…..
  3. The third complaint was from a woman who had signed up to an online Animal Communication Course and failed to receive the modules.  Her emails and subsequent phone calls requesting a refund were ignored.  Sadly, this one is a common complaint…..
  4. Last, but by no means least, I received an enquiry from a gentleman who saw that someone was running Animal Communication Workshops near his parent’s home.  As I have run workshops regularly in this area, a friend advised him to get in touch with me to see if it was one of my Graduates that was running the Workshop on my behalf.  It  was not – my Graduates require 2 years minimum fieldwork practice and Teacher Training before they can train under my name.  It transpires that the Practitioner was someone who had recently passed her Animal Communication Course.  Seriously?  Would you want to take driving lessons from someone who had just passed their own driving test?????  This worries me so much!
So it was a very sad day indeed.  And whilst I was already aware of similar complaints over the years I had never had so many complaints in one day – one afternoon!  So I am taking it as a message.  And I am acting on it.  It’s time to retire…

I Am Retiring

As of April, I will be retiring from carrying out the day to day Animal Communication Consultations at my practice.  I will be handing over the bulk of this work to my two associates:
  • Colette Smith
  • Jan Lees
Both Jan and Colette have studied with me for more than 2 years and have been working on cases with me in the background preparing for this handover.
They have not only come come through my rigorous Professional Practitioner’s Teaching Programme, but they have each collected a heap of accolades and merits along the way with their work being praised – and endorsed – by other Professionals in the Animal World, including vets, behaviourists and equine specialists.
They are both excellent Animal Communicators who so beautifully shine the light of understanding on the issues the animals present with.  Using the broad range of tools I have taught them, they are able to get to the root cause of the presenting issue.  And THAT is Professional Animal Communication.
I know you and your animals will be in the safest, and kindest, of hands when you work with Jan and Colette.  How do I know this for sure?
These are the two I go to when I am worried about my animal family
I feel truly blessed to have Jan and Colette at my side looking after my community of animal lovers.  I am also extremely happy that I am able to fulfil my dream of supporting other Practitioners in achieving their dreams of carrying out this sacred and privileged work.
This hugely important move will create the time that is needed for me to focus on raising my game even more in the Training World.  Doing whatever I can to raise the reputation of the Animal Communication Profession – and the “Professionals” that emerge from it.
Full introductions to Jan and Colette will follow soon…..Watch this space…
AND….the results of the Survey are in and I have compiled a FREE GIFT for you – coming out very soon…..

URGENT – Complaints About “Professional” Animal Communicators

  1. If you are in any of my paid Animal Communication Programmes, you will already be aware of this  disturbing issue – and a refresh on the severity of this situation can do you no harm.
  2. If you are not currently on any of my paid programmes but have previously studied with me, I urge you to read the following so you are explicitly clear on where I stand.
  3. If you have never been a student of mine, or a student of Animal Communication, I invite you to read it anyway – so I can help prevent you from experiencing the pain and anguish that so many have gone through when working with “Professional” Animal Communicators.
At the end of last year, I received a disturbing email that was written by the incredible Penelope Smith – considered to be the founder of Animal Communication.
In the email, she shared that there were an alarming number of complaints about “Professional” Animal Communicators.  The key complaints against the Professional Animal Communicators were:-
  • Poor quality of their consultations
  • Lack of Knowledge
  • Lack of Experience
  • Lack of Depth
  • Lack of Professionalism
  • Lack of Ethics

Investigations concluded that these “Professional” Animal Communicators were:-

  • Not well trained
  • Overstepping their role/boundaries as Animal Communicators – both ethically and legally
  • Not truly listening to the animals or their guardians
  • Not well grounded
  • Not well resourced – either emotionally, psychologically or spiritually
  • Inflicting harm by causing or prolonging an animal’s suffering – even leading to their death

Sadly, I am all too aware from the student’s I have worked with – who have previously trained with other providers – that there is a tremendously vast difference in what people are providing in their Professional Training Programmes – not just in terms of key Animal Communication Teachings but in ethics, boundaries, professionalism and professional practice.

And again, sadly, with this as the basis of many Professional Animal Communicators training, it unfortunately makes very clear sense why I receive countless enquiries from upset and often distressed clients, who have worked with “Professional” Animal Communicators who are failing to support their clients and failing to communicate their findings in supportive, compassionate and empowering ways – and ultimately causing anguish to both people and animals.  This distresses me greatly.

If you have been following my work for a while, you will know that I am a heart centred practitioner with a strong drive to act as a catalyst to create change and transformation, empowering both people and animals to become the very best versions of themselves they possibly can be.

It was this drive – combined with being sick fed up receiving worried and cautious emails from people desperate to know how their animals were feeling, but having been previously burned by the experience of animal communication – that led me to develop my Professional Practitioner Training Programme.  I had previously been teaching for many years before hand and already had a thorough training programme in place, but by now I had collated a long list of complaints and/or ill experiences that clients had been through that need never have happened if only the right training had been put in place. I also had gathered an extensive list of “gaps” in student training that students had experienced with other providers that were failing to support them in becoming the best practitioners that they could be.  So I stepped up my game and enrolled in some further training so I could teach students even more powerfully how to bring the very best to the table – not just with their Animal Communication work but for themselves as individuals and Practitioners too.

And so my Professional Practitioner Programme was born.

Let me be clear, this is not a plug for my Programme, this is about being clear about where I stand and reaching out to you on this vitally important issue:-

Current Students/Past Students

  • If you charge for your services, you are declaring yourself as a Professional Practitioner
  • If you have chosen not to train with me in the Professional Practitioner Programme, that is your choice and there will never be any hard feelings about that.
  • Please know that under no circumstances may you say that your received your training to be a Professional Animal Communicator from me unless you have completed the Professional Practitioner Programme. And even if you have attended my Advanced Trainings, they are just a fraction of what you need to know to be a Professional Practitioner and do not provide the full, rounded teaching experience that is required to be a competent and effective Professional Practitioner.
  • I am aware that this stance may upset students who undertook the original 12 module course with me as it was, at that time, a complete course of study. Yet, as outlined when launching the Professional Practitioner Programme, there are an additional 6 modules focussing on deepening your effectiveness as a Professional Animal Communicator as well as deepening your understanding and effectiveness in Professional Practitioner Boundaries, Ethics and Sensitivity.  Additionally, you are provided with the tools, models and structure to create professional consultations, with professional outcomes – these ensure you will avoid creating the heartache that so many clients experience with other practitioners.  Furthermore, the Professional Practitioner Programme includes a thorough and robust Case Study Critique Service and assessment by an external panel of Animal Experts which the original programme didn’t provide.  And it is THAT which creates the  key learning stretch that is essential for you to be the best Animal Communicator that you can be.  If you are upset by this stance, I understand – especially for the few of you that did fully engage with the  original weekly Tutorial System as you did receive critiques of your work.  Despite the fact that my Critiques have since evolved and improved 100 fold due to my advanced training in NLP and Belief/Blocks Clearing, I hold my hands up and accept that there may be a little “muddy water” here – and I am genuinely sorry for that.  So I am open to you contacting me to discuss this if you feel so inclined.  I respectfully ask that you do that either by phone or email.
  • Only those who enroll in, and complete, the Professional Practitioner Programme have the right to say they received their Professional Animal Communicator Training from me.
  • I cannot and will not validate anyone’s communication capabilities, communication style, professionalism or ethics unless I have worked with them through the Practitioners Programme.
  • If you are enrolled in the Professional Practitioners Programme and you have commenced Level 3, or you are enrolled on the “Fast Track Programme”, you are at liberty to say that you are in training with me to become a Professional Practitioner.
  • Anyone can take basic or advanced workshops with me or enrol in the Basic or Advanced Online Programmes.  These DO NOT prepare you for being a Professional Practitioner and you may not imply in any way – either verbally or written – including on the internet or social media that your Basic or Advanced workshops/online training qualifies you to be a Professional Practitioner.

Being a Professional Animal Communication Practitioner is not something to be taken lightly.  We have a tremendous responsibility to both animals and their guardians when we undertake this vital and privileged work.

I thank you for adhering to the above and being part of a heart-centred drive to ensure Professional Animal Communication remains a Reputable Profession.

Not a Student but thinking about working with a Professional Animal Communicator?

  • Check their credentials – who did they train with, how long did they train for (anything less than a year would ring alarm bells for me).  Have they attended Advanced Workshops to further develop their skills and training?
  • Ask questions!  A Practitioner with integrity will be happy to answer any questions you have and gladly provide you with evidence of their competence, training and insurance – and even direct contact with clients they have worked with
  • Anyone can create a flash website with glowing testimonials – look beyond that.  Do your own research
  • Most of all, trust your intuition – it you don’t like how they have handled your enquiry or answered your questions, look elsewhere.  Equally, if they don’t tick all the boxes above yet you have a really good feeling about them, go for it!  Either way, you are making an informed decision.
Wishing you the very best of experiences either as a student or as a client!

How Do You Ease The Passing of Your Beloved?

It’s been an incredibly – and exceptionally – busy few weeks here at Pet Whisperer!  And it’s times like this that my gratitude for having such amazing clients, students, staff and family goes up – and right through the roof!  I truly couldn’t do this work without your support, understanding and patience.  Thank you.
I am especially grateful to my students on the Professional Practitioner Programme who have waited a little longer than usual to receive their Case Study Critiques as I dealt with 8 (yes, count em’ 8!) emergency appointments between Wednesday and Saturday – on top of a fully booked diary.  As I said to the students just yesterday, I can’t wait until they are here standing by my side and sharing the load with me!  Happy Days!  I can’t wait – I truly can’t.
This work is such a blessing and I always feel so privileged to be able to support both animals and people in their time of need. Especially when that time is the end.  The time to say goodbye and prepare for leaving this world.  This area of Animal Communication is SO important – and essential if you want to live a life without regret and “If only I’d…” thoughts torturing your every waking and sleeping moment…..
I have been working with so many clients recently that are either preparing to pass or are absolutely ready for their great adventure on the other side.  And whist this work can be sad, it is also the area of work that brings the most relief, happiness and sense of full closure when the time to pass arrives.  For when we use Animal Communication to find out what your companion wants, you can ensure that all their needs are met and know that you did absolutely everything that they wanted.  This greatly eases the pain of their passing – to know you enabled their every wish and gave them the send off they wanted.
You can guess at what they would want, but each animal, just like us, is different and some of their requests may surprise you!  Over the past few weeks I have worked with the independent Ziggy who hated to be groomed or handled, yet she requested that she wanted to look pretty when she passed and asked that her coat be brushed out and she have a tiara of flowers – who would have guessed!  Her mum made sure everything she asked for was put in place for her – supporting her in knowing she had seen to her precious girl’s every need.  Then there was the wonderful Max who reassured his family that he was absolutely ready to go – no mistakes were being made, no errors of judgement.  He was ready.  This helped the family make a difficult decision that they had been quite unsure about.  Now they knew it was the right decision for Max.  Last week the stoic Woodie asked for a “Goodbye Party” and created his Guest List!  How cool is that!  And now his mum is putting everything in motion to ensure her boy’s wishes are met.  And this has supported her in moving from devastation at the vet’s prognosis to a place of gratitude that she can give him exactly what he wants in the time they have left together.
There is absolutely NO reason to hold regrets and ask yourself “What if?”.  Animal Communication obliterates all of that and brings a sense of peace and (dare I say) joy in putting their final wishes in place for them.
During my September and October Workshops there will be an advanced day teaching all the key techniques for working with Death and Dying.  Most of the teaching materials are taken from the Professional Practitioner Training Course so you are getting a really value laden day filled with top level teaching.  Don’t miss it!
I can’t wait to see you there and help you ease either a previous loss or prepare for a loss to come.  After all, it comes to us all……
