"Medicine Wheel Wisdom" is a truly magical journey round the Celtic Medicine Wheel, using at it’s heart, the traditional practice of Shamanic Journeying to restore the mind, body and soul to Wholeness.
As you move through the different directions of the Medicine Wheel using Shamanic Journeying as the key tool for spiritual growth and direction, other therapeutic practices are gently weaved into the Programme to facilitate and support your healing.
Throughout the Programme, you will be working with the Seasons, the Elements and Nature.
Weave into this, the discovery of your Spirit Guide, your Power Animal for each Season and the Element of each Season and you have your own "Wise Council" or "Advisory Board" who can divine information, offer guidance and direction on any aspect of your life - past, present or future. They will support you in peeling back the layers, identifying and releasing blocks, removing old contracts and agreements - all so you can live your best, most authentic life.
